REED Business Support is working together with a local and reputable client to recruit an Administrator to join them on a part-time basis until March 2018. Working days will be Monday and Friday, plus one other day during the week to suit the candidate's needs.
Based in the centre of Taunton, you will be responsible for providing administrative suport to a busy office. This will include but not be limited to, data entry and database management, filing and handling post. You will also be responsible for monitoring central inboxes and providing a first point of contact for the office via telephone and email, answering queries and escalating where necessary.
There will also be elements of financial admin to the role such as processing payment claims, so experience within this or the use of SAP would be beneficial. Fast and accurate data entry skills, and attention to detail, are essential as is the ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.
