Part-Time Administrator
Up to £8.50 per hour depending on experience – temp role for 3 to 6 months
Full-Time - based in Midlothian

One of Reed’s clients based in Midlothian are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a part-time temporary basis for 3 to 6 months – with a view to the role becoming permanent. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for a variety of administration duties.

Duties involved in this role will include:-
• Creating, processing and checking staff timesheets
• Arranging purchase orders
• Dealing with incoming telephone queries
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Assisting with costing work
• Various other administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and ordering stationery

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-
• Previous experience in an Administration role – this experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload effectively
• Solid IT skills, including the use of MS Office - particularly Excel
