I am currently recruiting for a family run business based in Gatley who specialise in Foam  Concrete.

Your main purpose will be to perform a variety of admin and clerical tasks to support the Directors and employees and ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

This is a part time vacancy, working 16 hours over 2/3 days a week with the opportunity to work overtime. Ideally you will be available to work Monday's and Friday's.

Main duties:

Dealing with all incoming calls and post
Assist with the companies book keeping via SAGE
Issue purchase orders and order supplies
Prepare supplier invoices for payment by BACS
Processing employee monthly expenses
Daily use of Excel
Maintain office supplies and diary
Book travel and accommodation 
Maintain office paperwork in line with ISO 9001
Assist the MD and OA with administration

To be considered for the role you should have previous experience in an administrative environment and working knowledge of SAGE software.

In return you will receive a salary of £18,000-£20,000 pro rata. 

Please note there is a dog present in the office.
