Part Time Administrator
Do you have previous Administration experience?
Are you confident and enthusiastic?
Do you have a fine eye for detail?

Day to Day Duties:
- Answering, screening and directing calls received by the department
- Preparation of written correspondence.
- Assisting with the management of the departmental diaries.
- Creation of new departmental files, as well as updating and maintaining a central filing system, including dead-filing
- Answering, screening and directing calls received by the department when required.
- Assist with the management of departmental diaries.
- Excellent administration experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Good eye for detail
