Are you looking for a varied and interesting part time position?

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work within a friendly organisation based in Henleaze



Key Responsibilities within the position are:

• Dealing with incoming calls, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered
• To assist with client enquiries over the telephone and online
• Updating and maintaining company records
• Diary management
• Event organisation
• Filing and administrative tasks



Applicants must have:

• Experience within an administrative / customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Exacting attention to detail and a real can do attitude
• A real team player
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)

This position is 20 hours a week on a flexible arrangement – but to include fixed office hours of 10am – 12noon on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
