Reed in Leeds are recruiting for a experience Administrator, with good customer service skills.
This is a temporary contract due to start ASAP for 3 month basis.
£9.00 - £10.00 per hour
Hours of work: 7am to 12am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Provide a comprehensive, efficient administrative service
- Pulling information from reports
- Passing on information and trends form reports
- Advanced daily use of Excel
- Responding to queries over the phone and email
- Updating tracking spreadsheets
- Act as first point of contact for members of staff
- Assist in the production of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, questionnaires etc.
- Strong understanding on Excel
- SAP experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong understanding of reports
- Strong communication skills: both spoken and written.
- Continuously paying attention to customer needs and adapting as these evolve
- Infusing the team and organisations with a sense of urgency
- Attention to details in relation to office administration duties essential for the job
- A high level of attention to detail & focus
- Excellent keyboard/IT skills (especially Excel/Access)
- Confident interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational/planning skills
