My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This is an exciting time to join a construction company that has performed well in the last year.
This is a permanent role, working 15 hours a week with the flexibility on days.
Your duties will include:
- Purchase Ledger – Entering supplier invoices, obtaining invoice approval from Contracts Managers and other ad-hoc supplier queries
- Posting Sales Receipts
- Entry of Sub-Contractor Invoices
- Entry of Sales Invoices
- Credit Cards
- Staff expenses
- Other ad-hoc tasks
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Xero (Desirable)
- IT Literate
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
