Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are pleased to be partnering with an Oxford based, family run business to help secure a part-time Accounts Administrator to help boost their growing function. The role offers a salary of up to £22,000 per annum, flexible working hours, 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and the opportunity to work in a close knit team.
The duties of the role are likely to include, but not be limited to:
- Processing and posting of invoices
- Managing obligations to suppliers & customers
- Processing bank deposits
- Petty cash management
- Reconciling financial statements
- Credit Control
- ad hoc requirements of the Finance Director
This role is ideally suited for someone who has an experience or an interest in accounting, but is seeking part time hours. The role would be either around 9am-3pm across 5 days, or full time hours across 3 days. You will have a great eye for detail, excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and ideally experience in an office environment.
