My client are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join a part exchange department in the photographic industry.

The main duties of your role will be testing and testing the goods brought in and accurately describe the condition ratings of individual products.

Key duties:
• To clean and present second hand products in a condition ready for resale purposes.
• Ensure the team provide customers with outstanding customer service.
• To identify faults and accurately describe the fault to our repair partner.
• To effectively deal with customers part exchanging goods through our Norwich showroom.
• Act as an ambassador for company values.
• Working on additional tasks and projects as required.
• To liaise with the manager to ensure they are aware of any issues whilst inspecting all equipment.

Experience required:
• Practical experience of delivering a high standard of customer service, as well as a desire to see customers satisfied is expected.
• Capable of making decisions and solving complex problems quickly and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Enthusiastic and flexible working attitude

The normal hours of work will be 40 per week Monday and Sunday between 8am-7pm.
