Working as part of a well-established Customer Services Team within our global client, you’ll be responsible for processing orders and dealing with customer queries resulting from orders and collecting documentary requirements for the Export market.

You may be thinking – I don’t want to spend all my time on the phone. The good news is you won’t be. You’ll be responsible for supporting customers from initial contact, through to product specification, distribution, freight, payment and returns. This will include being highly proactive in engaging with departments across the business to provide regular, clear and effective communication to your customers.

Does it take experience? No, what is does take is attitude. The attitude to deliver a first class customer service to customers. The ability to effectively engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders. The ability multi-task. The ability to learn.
