An exciting opportunity for A IFA Administrator or Paraplanner to join an innovative leading Financial Adviser Firm!

This organisation is a focused business who strive to provide the best possible professional financial advice to all of their clients. They are looking for a hardworking IFA Administrator or Paraplanner to join their team.

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience.

Duties Include:

• Providing high quality administration and analytical support to clients and Financial Planners.
• Liaising with Paul and clients over various matters.
• Weekly meetings with Paul to go through his diary and be aware of the oncoming working week.
• Preparing, Processing and submitting new business, including preparation of documents for client meetings /compliance and audit purposes and to provide to our network, Replacement product questionnaires (using templates)
• Working with an administrator to streamline application packs, new business packs etc...
• Facilitating income drawdown, tax free cash, income and phased retirement payment from various platforms.
• Answering the phone on queries to clients and platform providers - shared task amongst the admin office
• Updating and maintaining our back-office database
• Writing suitability reports for new business, existing client business, including ad hoc letters (using templates where available)

An Ideal Candidate will have:

• Proven experience working in an IFA Administrator role or Paraplanner role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and a professional attitude.
• Understanding of industry regulations.
