Duties to include (but not limited to):

• General administration including:

• Telephone answering
• Making appointments
• Travel itineraries
• Filing
• Stationery Ordering
• Hotel Bookings
• Conference Call booking
• Staff holiday coordination
• Business card input/ordering
• Organising/booking/attending team meetings
• Auditing files
• Typing up of reports on Word.
• Weekly and monthly advisor statistics. Detailed analysis of reports and transmuting information onto Excel spreadsheets. Analysing information from e-mail reports and detailing into reports for MD.
• PowerPoint presentations
• Excel documentation/reports – knowledge of spreadsheets is a must and a familiarity of pivot tables would be helpful.
• Keeping abreast of all new starters employees and inputting documentation into in-house personnel system.

Skills required:
• Being able to adapt to an ever changing daily process.
• Proficient keyboard skills
• Adept at time management
• Good telephone manner
• Ability to work under own guidance
