A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, organized and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join a well respected Organisation in central Oxfordshire. This is a permanent opportunity providing support to the Chief Technology Officer within a Global Technology Department.

Candidates will be responsible for:

• Standard duties as PA to CTO – including full diary management and all travel arrangements, taking minutes and meeting co-ordination
• Ensure the smooth running of the CTO’s diary by anticipating the CTO’s needs by forward planning, preparation of logistics, information, material and people in advance of his schedule
• Manage the CTOs interface with all major accounts and, internal and external clients by effectively monitoring emails and ensuring that actions are managed on a day to day basis
• Manage a team of two administration staff, managing and prioritising their workload so they can deliver a highly effective administration team to Technology
• Contract management for Technology contractors
• Managing Global events and Conferences in order to ensure smooth travel arrangements and budgets are adhered to
• Project manage any office moves and re-structures in order to ensure that the office plans and budgets are adhered to


Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate significant experience working as a senior Personal Assistant in addition to:

• Being able to build strong and credible relationships across the organization
• Persistent and the ability to work autonomously
• Proven track record of managing staff
• Proven track record of providing a high level of secretarial/administrative support
• Computing skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Discretion in the handling of confidential information
• Self-motivation and flexible team-player who can relate positively to a wide range of people
• Ability to work well under pressure, operate independently and prioritize effectively between tasks
• Solid understanding of working across different time zones
