This is an exciting opportunity for an PA/Sales Support Administrator to join an exciting and established insurance business based in Malta.
Roles and responsibilities will be split between Executive Assistant and Sales Support Administration type duties including: enjoy diary management, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, handling expenses, co-ordinating the weekly attendance record for the team, producing correspondence, documents and reports, assisting with the preparation of presentations, tenders and proposals documentation and organising client events.
This is a fun and diverse role that will keep the incumbent on their toes and allow them to be an important cog in the business on a day to day basis! With a natural attention to detail you will have excellent organisational skills, lots of initiative and a pro-active approach to work.
