A temporary PA role with strong administration support experience required for an Education Teaching Trust.
You will have have good organisational skills, organising training for Teachers, booking training rooms, events via Eventbrite invites, marketing, mailers, person must be self-sufficient, hold their own, professional and engaging. You must be able to organise meetings as well as take minutes at meetings. Working with a small but friendly team. Extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders, therefore, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Mailchimp and marketing skills are ideal.
This is a new role, it's fast paced, you will have the opportunity to develop in the role too. Ideally suits a person who wishes to work school hours as this is a term time only position
