This admin role requires the following skills:
Experience to process orders in Amazon Vendor and Amazon Seller accounts as well as to process orders using Sage One.
We can offer salary up to £25.000 for the right candidate
Answering the phone, take orders over telephone and assisting customers with their queries
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
Processing sales orders, raising invoices, managing, and coordinating all deliveries with the logistic and warehouse. Reconciling sales invoices to make sure they are added against the right supplier’s account on the system. Matching invoices against delivery notes.
Working with Sage 1, Excel, and Amazon software.
Liaising with Amazon account manager to support growth of our Amazon business. Processing orders and invoices in Vendor Central and FBA accounts. Resolving data errors such as pricing, EAN code and product codes. Reconciling Amazon remittances in Sage 1. Managing disputes of shortage and price claims.
Chasing overdue payments.
Booking meetings, producing documents as required. Creating data and product content files in Excel. Creating Proformas and Purchase Orders.
Delivering excellent customer service. Convert new customers into clients continuing to grow business.
Any other duties as required by the company.
