We are recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator to join our client based in North London. (Closest tube station Angel)

To be successful you will have previously had a role of this nature where attention to detail and accuracy are fundamental to the role as well as excellent customer service skills. 

You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a world class service in relation to supply of products and services. This will be achieved by ensuring that company processes and procedures are followed in relation to processing sales orders, stock management, goods in/out and dispatch.

Main Duties will entail :

• Managing orders received from clients and processing from inquiry through to delivery
• Taking and processing orders using our online system
• Checking orders received on a daily basis and setting up details on computer system
• Updating the internal system with thorough notes
• Managing customer online payments and recording details on the accounts system
• Allocating stock required to meet customer order requirements and arranging deliveries
• Liaising with warehouse and logistics to manage stock control and reordering
• Cross checking orders to customers’ expectations
• Responding to customer inquiries on the phone and via email, maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Managing inquiries received from new customers and providing information on products provided
• Dealing with any after sales inquiries that occur and ensuring all issues are fully resolved
• General day to day office administration
• Reporting to the Finance Manager with any other ad-hoc duties
• Delivering a high level of customer service
