My client - a leader within their industry are EXPANDING their team due to FANTASTIC GROWTH. Working in an experienced and friendly team, you will be joining the business at the perfect time.
If you have experience of working within a logistics / planning position and enjoyed the customer interaction elements, along with the investigative work then this role could be an ideal for you.
You will have responsibility for arranging and tracking deliveries, solving customer issues, working as part of a team to minimize failures and ensure the smooth running of the daily operations and much more!
Ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working within a call centre environment in a similar role, have excellent customer service skills, capability to work towards KPI's and hitting them, be computer literate and be a self motivated and resilient character.
Salary is £23,000
- 23 days holiday (rising to 25 days after 2 years service)
- Discretionary bonus and much more!
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (7am - 4pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm) you will also be required to work 2 Saturday mornings a month which are 7am - 12pm.
