We are looking to speak to experienced Operations Managers with analytical talent to come on board and assist a small charity by picking apart current processes and systems, with the view of following through with a complete overhaul. This will be an immensely important recruit for the charity and you will be making a real difference.
The ability to diagnose, problem solve, present and implement is the key here. Must be happy to work independently in a small office and have a real drive to make a difference for this charity. Based on success, once the 6 month contract is up, you will have the option to continue permanently or to handover your revitalised work to an incoming Ops Manager.
Excellent IT skills and systems knowledge will be essential. As will the ability to influence and persuade.
Familiarity with the following is desirable;
- Sage Accounting
- Benefactor Grants Database
- Excel - and MS Office in general
- End-to-end grant processes
- Office service providers
