A large international business based in the Bristol area is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager, to join a team of 8. This is a brand new role and it does not have any direct reports but this may change as the company structure is evolving.


Responsible for new customer order fulfillment requirement documentation in information system. Monitors and ensures master file set-up has been accurately maintained in system by staff.
Develops and maintains standard operating procedures manual ensuring consistency in the new account set-up process for both national and independent accounts.

>You will be responsible and managing the New Accounts set up on ORACLE, mainly responsible for the large national clients (approx 40 accounts including Tesco, ASDA, etc)
You will be required to set up a process to streamline operations with regards to setting up these large accounts. 
Interfaces with internal business partners (sales team, National Account Specialists, Logistics, Information Technology, Legal and Finance) to gather and evaluate feedback on requirements, determining order processing, and supply chain issues.
Responsible for analysing new and prospective Customer order fulfillment and related requirements.
Responsible for developing new or adapting existing new business processes to ensure assigned sales projects meet or exceed initiatives and timetables.




Person Specification

Ideally you will be an adaptable and flexible individual who enjoys process improvement and has experience of setting up new processes.
You will have an understanding or previous experience in a contracts/ operations role and excellent customer service skills.
Proficient with current computer technology including ms office applications
Demonstrated attention to details, organized and efficient
Project management skills or Process implementation experience
