A successful and growing international bank with a keen appetite to increase their customer base and lending book over the next 5 years currently seeks an experienced Operations Manager to report into the Head of Operations and lead a wider customer services, middle office team.
Joining the bank in the next stage of their development a partial list of duties involves;
* Working alongside the head of operations, playing a key role implementing a new customer service strategy.
*Analysing current process and finding new solutions.
*Developing new targets and MI.
*Hiring new staff, up-skill existing team.
*Maintaining / monitoring a high level of regulatory principles.
Ideally, you will come from an SME/ international banking space and have had exposure to dealing with teams that cover multiple job functions across payments, SWIFT, CHAPS etc, account opening/closing and loan administration. Knowledge of UK payments market is essential, alongside a strong understanding of PSD2, operations resilience, experience implementing and managing change, implementing new systems and a strong understanding of TCF.
