My client is an Insurance company based in Sutton and they are looking for an experienced manager to join the team and take overall responsibility for the operational side of the business. This will include staff management and leadership, operational reporting and analysis, staff recruitment and overall customer satisfaction.
You will manage a team of Customer Service and Account staff - and will be tasked with training, development and performance. You will also play an active role in the recruitment and selection of new staff.
A large part of this role will be acting as a focal point for customer complaints and to ensure the team are resolving these.
