Organisation: Reed procurement and supply chain (London) are recruiting for a multinational construction company which designs and constructs for some of the world’s most awe-inspiring buildings. This is a senior position within the team and an opportunity for the successful candidate to make real impact in the business area.
Package: in addition to the basic salary the package includes a bonus of up to 15% of salary and a monthly car allowance
Role: The core requirement for the role is to lead and manage a regional team to retain and grow existing customers, gain new business and maximise the profitability of the operation. This will include developing a strategy to secure future business opportunities; create a regional operational plan in line with the business strategy to maximise the commercial contribution; accountable for health and safety in the operation and develop team members and KPI's to maximise revenue growth.
The essential experience required for the position is as follows: management experience within the construction / engineering sector, with full P&L accountability; full UK driving licence; experienced user of MS office; strong communication skills and collaborative management style; degree in business or engineering related discipline.
