An exciting new opportunity to take on a sought after role that rarely comes up. The Operations Co-ordinator will support the day to day support to a high performing world leader in the manufacturing industry. This role will suit someone with an extensive background Administration and Operations you will be organized and detail- orientated with good analytical skills. 

The salary is negotiable between 24,000 - 28,000 

Plus some great benefits including christmas shut down and finishing at four on a friday.

The  Operations Co-ordinator will support Directors in all areas of HR, and provide support to the Health and Safety committee; 

• To support the day-to-day running, maintenance, security and improvement of the internal MRP system
• Supporting the overall Operations of the business through effective reporting using the MRP system
• To support the day to day running of the IT infrastructure and support the setup of IT equipment including desktop, laptops, mobile phones etc
• Stock supervision, providing support via stock control systems
• Utilities and communications contract management
• Ensuring building and facilities are maintained and liaising with external bodies
• Working alongside Production Director and production team on a daily basis
• Induct all new employee to the Company
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
• Promote any vacancies for the company, providing interview support where necessary
• Provide users with support for correct system procedures
• Provide cover for key Finance department functions – i.e. Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger roles including Shipping & invoicing.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Other roles as may be require by the Directors



To be considered for this role you will need : 

Strong written and oral communication skills
A sociable people person 
Self motivated and driven 
Analyticaol and problem solving abilities 
Prior experience working at a management level
