Due to expansion, our client is looking for an Operations Assistant who will be working closely with the Operations Manager providing operational assistance and support across all departments and functions within the business, to include IT, Project Accounting and Finance, HR, Marketing and Administration.
IT Support:
Assist with the management of computer network and hardware Management of IT devices and passwords and data protection and retention
Coordinate and support with hardware installations and system upgrades.
Offering guidance, problem resolution and technical support to all staff.
Technical support with in-house system called Workspace, providing support and guidance and ideas for improvements
Assisting with functionality of company telephone system and Office 365 accounts.
Administration Support:
Management of vendor contracts.
Champion the Company's Quality Management System ensuring standards are maintained throughout all UK sites.
Assist with periodic audits, approving external suppliers and sub-contractors and ensuring quality critical records are documented.
Ensure the company's Environmental Management system and processes are maintained throughout all UK sites. This includes periodic audits, creating and managing Environmental Assessments and improving practices whilst adhering to regulatory compliance.
Ensuring H&S standards are maintained, all required checks are completed and logged and legislation policies and procedures are observed and adhered to
Assist with project accounting and finance
Organise all necessary repairs and maintenance and obtain third party quotes when required
Assist the Marketing team with pre-qualification questionnaires, tender completions and contract renewals
This role will suit an individual who is highly organised, with attention to detail and takes pride in their work as well as being technically minded.
