Our client is offering a competitive base salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum dependant on experience with fantastic added benefits!
You will be tasked with the below duties but not limited to with the role evolving over time:
• Processing Invoices
• Setting up new jobs on the CRM system, including organising all associated paperwork and documentation
• Contacting policy holders to arrange initial survey visits
• Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
• Updating internal survey diaries
• Liaising with customers, arranging payment plans and chasing payments
• Updating internal and external systems
• Follow up survey visit and ensure all associated paperwork is dealt with
• Intermediate Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Word skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Exceptional IT skills due to using many different computer software packages
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Efficient with an inquisitive nature
• Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
• Full time permanent position.
• Core hours 08.00 - 17.00.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
