My client on the outskirts of Ipswich is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team, who will support a small department within the company.
You will be responsible for entering data onto their bespoke system.
Supply chain administration including change of custody, but no previous experience is required as they will teach you all of the necessary skills
Create reports for the team using Excel
Assist the office by answering the phone and dealing with customer queries
Be able to adapt to extremely busy and quieter periods
You will have a high attention to detail as the role involves inputting a mass of information onto their system, which needs to be completed with accuracy. You will be IT literate, confident within Excel and be methodical and numeric. Ideally you will have a data processing background or experienced with a high volume of administration. They are looking for someone that is wanting a stable and long-term role and happy to have repetition of duties and tasks. They are looking for someone with a proactive and hardworking attitude, that is a good communicator.
What’s in it for you?
Salary £22,000-£32,000 depending upon experience
Monday to Friday office hours of either full time 8.30-5.30 or can be flexible to offer 30 hours a week across 5 days
