What you will be doing:
• Constantly review & report performance measurement KPI’s
• Support the Head of Operations, cooperate in the workarounds of the Call Center processes
• Continuous process improvement
• People management of the Online Sales Customer Services Assistants
• Guarantee a smooth cooperation with the courier partners and occasionally assist in certain related projects
• Coordinate the website content management

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• 3-5 years of relevant people management and/or customer service management experiences
• Advanced English language skills
• German: strong level is an advantage
• Any other 3rd language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally around 6 times a year (abroad journey)
• Strong user level of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Any further experiences with ERP systems and managing a webpage are considered
• Minimum level of qualification: secondary school
• Background studies (university or college degree) in economics or finance is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
• Analytical thinking and system approach
• Forward thinking and decision making
• Adaptability
