Reed Warrington are very excited to be working in partnership with one of Warrington's more reputable businesses, based in prestigious offices in Warrington town centre with fantastic public transport links and free car parking this is an ideal location for anyone.

Due to the continued growth of my client they are looking to fill two temporary roles on an ongoing basis, potentially for the right candidate the role will become permanent.

My client has a great reputation and are currently recruiting for two on-boarding co-ordinators, the on-boarding team are passionate about providing quality customer service and support.

Hourly rate will be based on a salary between £17,000 and £18,000 and hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 – 18:00 on a rota basis. My client is looking for candidates that can start immediately and by immediately I mean week commencing Monday 04/09/17

The On-Boarding Co-ordinator is responsible for welcoming and on-boarding new customers. .

Duties to Include
• Complete the on-boarding process for new customers to ensure that they are fully up and running and set up on the system
• Ensure that the customer fully understands, and is comfortable with the processes that they are required to follow
• Process Letters of Engagement for new customers
• Provide key information to the customer and the importance of completing required forms
• Complete a welcome and on-boarding call for all new customers in a line with compliance requirements
• Own the customer experience whilst they begin to use my clients service
• Promote the additional services provided by our Business Partners
• Work with the Team Leader and Coaching team to ensure that compliance is adhered to and to gain additional support and guidance
• Any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the business.

Strong administration and organisational skills
Microsoft office experience
