A flourishing Andover based Commercial and Public Services Company is growing, and now recruiting for an Office / Accounts Manager.

This role would be ideal for someone looking to utilise /further their accounts experience while providing management for the Office and being an active and committed leader of the team.

Supporting the General Manager, you will be responsible for the provision and enforcement of financial controls and operational procedures with key duties to include;

Assisting the general manager with effectively managing the businesses financial budgets
Ensuring projects are completed within budgeted costs
Credit Control; Ensuring outstanding debts are paid on time and chasing debtors by phone where required.
Maintenance of the Purchase Order Register and match invoices to the correct purchase order
Interact with the Accounts Payable department to resolve supplier queries and produce credit notes where required
Reconciliation of credit card statements
Looking after the office on a whole
Other general / Ad-hoc office duties as required
