Reed Recruitment are exclusively supporting our client based in Norwich (NR14) by recruiting for the position of Office Manager.

Working within the leisure industry, you will be overseeing the reception and office environment within the Club, whilst managing a team of 10.

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 weekends. You will need to be flexible due to the opening hours of the Club.

Responsibilities

- Managing a team of 10 including reception and administrative staff
- Administrative duties including bookings
- Overseeing the day to day running of the office
- Establishing policies and procedures for staff
- Allocating tasks appropriately
- Continual Improvement planning and developing quality control
- Ensuring objectives are met
- Preparing reports for Management where required
- Hosting visits from customers
- Attending meetings and training
- Supporting staff career development

Previous experience managing people
