A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experience office manager/ secretary to join a well-established company within their Industry.

My client are looking at recruitment a permanent office manager ASAP. This will be a full time position offering a salary between £22,000- £26,000 depending on experience.



A typical day will consist of:

*Supervising the admin team (4 staff)

*Typing letters and documents on a document management system

*Accounts – preparing associated letters and checking additions

*Arranging Holiday/Sickness Cover for admin staff

*Maintaining Admin Planner

*Completing Appraisals (with assistance)

*Secretary to 3 Partners (p/t)

*Maintaining Training Schedules

Booking courses and accommodations

Providing ad hoc administrative support to colleagues





Ideally you will have:

*Supervisory experience

*Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed

*Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and accountancy software and ideally document management systems

*Ability to work in a team

*Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with others
