Opportunity to work for a creative Marketing/PR company based in London Bridge.

They work with a range of company on marketing campaigns ranging from FTSE 100 down to medium size firms.

The role is a Fixed-term contract lasting 12 months as maternity cover.



As the business support lead for the organisation, you will act as the Office Manager: dealing with contractors, couriers, thinking on your feet to solve problems and assisting the office with general administration.

Client Experience: Rather than just sitting behind the reception, you will be getting up to greet clients at reception; using your bubbling personality to engage with clients; welcoming them into the meeting room that you have set up and organised; and providing any refreshments. 

This is also a great chance to support 2 busy directors with day to day support ranging from creating PowerPoint presentations to general diary management.

There would be a small amount of basic HR tasks including sending reference requests.

Required experience:
Office Management experience
Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience greeting/liasing with clients
General administration
some PA expereince

The role will be Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30.
