Are you an experienced team / office manager with experience in recruitment? 

Working as the Office Manager you'll be looking after an established and stable team & making sure the office is running smoothly. 


Your duties will include:
- Responsible for the running of the Basingstoke office
- Develop and improve on internal processes
- Control office expenditure
- Help prepare annual budgets
- Report into senior management
- Oversee recruitment of new staff
- Monitor and report KPI's
- Motivate and help to develop the staff 
- Manage appraisals & disciplinaries
