Temporary Office Manager PA - Edenbridge.
Immediate start. Ongoing booking.
£10-16/hr dependent on experience.
High level administration, office management or PA experience is essential.
o Creating and checking rotas
o New starter forms, checking details, submit to accounts.
o Sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotes and opening accounts.
o Creating, altering and cancelling bookings
o Monitoring and organising hire products
o Create job files (office) and maintain from start to finish.
o Expenses log
o Ordering supplies and maintenance of stock levels
o Creating and logging risk assessments
o Health and Safety
o Dealing with agencies
o Booking hotels
o Courses/training bookings
o Training schedule expiry dates log
o Taking calls and messages
o Tender Support (logging tenders received, printing information, completing and compiling)
o Excel tender bills, entering onto ACT database, following up.
o Using ACT database to chase tenders and log feedback (fortnightly)
o Maintaining ACT database for Main contractors and suppliers
o Document templates, version control and log
o Quality Control ISO9001 etc
o Marketing support
o Pre-Qualification questionnaires
o Website updates and maintenance
o Maintaining fleet log and inspections
o Placing advertisements for staff
o Staff holiday log
o Stationary orders
o Insurance renewal company and fleet – obtaining competitive quotes / renewing.
