Extremely exciting PART TIME opportunity, for an experience Office Manager/PA

Working 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the administration for a friendly team of 5, including the group CEO.

Due to the nature and urgency of this role, only candidates who are looking for part time hours will be selected.

• Drafting, amending and distributing of all correspondence such as Presentations, agendas and Board Reports

• To provide administrative support to non exec Chairman & NED as and when required e.g. Board pack distribution email/hardcopies and liaising with their Pa's (e.g travel, documentation distribution)

• Diary management – adding in appointments/travel/hotel – mainly CEO & CFO

• Arranging domestic & international travel to include liaising with Agents and arranging visas when necessary

• Managing, Liaising, ticket control & distribution and hosting Group annual hospitality event with the CEO - Wimbledon tennis

• Updating & distributing Group review meeting schedules

• Producing, updating and distributing Group Organisation charts

• Dealing with any IT/printer issues and Mobile phone issues for CEO

• Liaison with all suppliers on contracts, billing and maintenance of office equipment and services

• Procurement and stock control of all supplies and services needed

• Monitoring, forwarding and advising of Group email enquiries

• Organising courier when necessary

• To electronically file and update QMS policies needed for compliance

• Main contact for answering the main phone line and face to face enquiries

• Dealing with the outgoing and incoming post as necessary

• Ordering, setting up and clearing away of refreshments and lunches, to include being on hand at Board and other meetings as and when needed
