A leading recruitment company are seeking a proffesional Office manager / Receptionist for their coroprate head office in Victoria.

Your duties will be varied and they are seeking an individual looking to make the role their own.

Duties will include:

Managing the Reception area and ensuring that visitors have a professional and 5* experience.

Dealing with the facilities for the office, they are based in a managed building so liaising with the Building Manager with any building issues.

Along with IT do any desk moves and plan for new starters.

Meeting greeting candidates and clients.

Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and ensure deliveries are processed and passed to the addressee.

Provide a professional and honest service to all candidates and create a favourable impact with any candidate contact.

Deal with queries with a quickly and efficiently.

Office is kept tidy and orderly state, and in line with professional standards.

Support with office maintenance.

Manage the team amenities.

Support the MD's EA with adhoc tasks.

Managing all meetings room bookings.

Supporting in the coordination of marketing supplies.

Undertake the health and safety role.

Adhoc admin tasks within the head office.

GCSE grade C in Maths and English (Or equivalent)
Exposure working as an office manager or within a client facing roles, or administration in a process driven environment
Experience of extensive telephone communication, ideally in a call - centre or similar customer focused environment.
Professional in the use of a range of compute packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and database
Proficient verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner.
