What is the role?

Reed Specialist Recruitment are looking for an Office Administrator to help support in one of our large main offices based in central London next to Victoria station. This role covers a very large open plan office where our Chairman, James Reed is based along with several other Directors, recruiting teams and central support teams, so you can be assured that it gets very busy!

Your role will be to help support in day to day duties such as reception cover, meeting and greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, answering the phone and transferring calls, processing the incoming and outgoing mail, organising mail couriers, maintain stationary stock levels and help maintain the general running of this office. You will also be required to support some of our Recruitment Business Managers in various administrative tasks to support their busy work schedules. You will also be the site’s designated Health and safety representative.

Who would suit this role?

Anyone who likes a busy and fast paced environment and has some experience in a similar role ideally. You will need to be someone who doesn’t mind picking up the phone lots during the day, someone who is always happy to help, someone who can adapt quickly to different tasks and challenges, someone who has excellent administrative skills, but most of all you need to like people and speaking to people…lots of people!
