Want to join a small office and help it through substantial growth?

Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a US owned company that specialises in technology solutions. 

This role is a brand new position for the UK office and will provide support to the UK sales and management teams ensuring coordination of the business administration that contributes to the organisations substantial growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
- Create financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Manage, organise, and update relevant data using CRM and sales database applications.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
- Analyse and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports.
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
- Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance.
- Assist with the recruitment of new starters, including interviewing, drafting offer letters and relevant contracts.

The ideal candidate?
- Previous Office managerial/Senior administration experience.
- Excellent knowledge using sales and office management software such as ERP/CRM.
- Live locally to Weybridge.
- Happy to work within a small and upcoming team.
- Well organised to manage business priorities.
- Familiar with Office management procedures. 

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 D.O.E, includes benefits such as competitive holiday, pension and healthcare.
