A full-time, permanent and immediate requirement has become available for an Office Manager, working for this long-established and successful client.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Receiving guests, making drinks, taking deliveries
  • Sorting incoming mail
  • Franking and posting outgoing mail
  • Ordering stationery and keeping the communal areas stocked
  • Assisting accounts manager with use of Sage and managing subcontractors
  • Dealing with companies relating to services/utilities etc.
  • Maintaining website content and social media
  • PA duties for the Managing Director
  • Ad hoc admin duties

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Attributes:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good communicational skills
  • Knowledge of Sage would be useful but not essential
