 • Provide complete support to the MD and the leadership team - including diary management, priorities, and business commitments
• Debtors and Creditors - Recording, research, and correct discrepancies.
• Each week prepare AP listing what is due to be paid and submit for review.
• Invoicing Customers - Prepare invoices to customers.
• Ensure proper paperwork is complete for documents being sent internationally.
• Assist with keeping Inventory of work tools and equipment.
• holiday and Time in lieu reporting.
• Business Expense Credit Card recording.
• booking transport and accommodation
• Maintain continual compliance with all corporate tax and companies house commitments
• produce and submit payroll, pensions and PAYE records
• Assist in standardising processes
• Mail and post processing.
• Order and restock office.
• maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
• Plan and organise company meetings and events.

Skills Required
• High IT literacy including MS Word, Excel & Power Point
• Excellent knowledge of payroll and HRMC processes.
