As well as performing regular duties to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, you will also have the opportunity to work alongside and support the Executive Assistant to the Global MD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present a professional impression of the business - all front of house duties welcoming colleagues, clients, visitors and candidates
- Ensure that queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, with follow ups where necessary via telephone and email
- Manage all post/deliveries, room facilities and bookings as required
- Ensure correct levels of stationery are held in stock
- Maintain the office in a tidy and orderly state, in line with Professional Standards
- Offer support to the different teams and Managers across the office
- Co-ordinate and manage the amenities within the Megasite
- Support maintenance of the building including logging issues with Property and Helpdesk
- Act as the site's designated Health and Safety representative
- Support our Megasite Triumvirate team who run initiatives to drive performance across all specialisms in the office. 

You will have to be organised and professional and willing to get involved in many areas of the business by being pro-active and enthusiastic. Also displaying a friendly and cheerful disposition when welcoming colleagues and visitors both on the phone and in person.
