We are recruiting for an office manager to join this Basingstoke based company.


They are the global leaders in their field. The UK business is currently undergoing a significant period of growth and as such are looking to develop and expand the UK team. They are recruiting for an experienced, hardworking and flexible Office Manager with bookkeeping skills to ensure the smooth running of our administrative and financial functions as we enter this period of expansion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working closely with the UK team and the Financial Director.

This role is a key role in the office and requires someone with strong organisational skills.

Working hours: Full time 8:30 - 5:30pm

Duties:
o Administrative duties , such as phone answering, filing and data entry
o Flights and travel arrangements
o Debtor & Creditor management
o Purchase and sales ledger
o Basic project administration
o Supporting the General Manager
