I have a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a new exciting challenge. My client based in Warrington are market leaders in providing a specialised software to a specific clientele, due to the business has growing dramatically recently, a senior administrator is required to provide support to the board of directors and the senior business management team. The role will involve PA, project administration, general administration and reporting duties, making it a fun and varied position, the title given to the position the Management Administrator.

Once fully coherent with the role, the business and processes the successful candidate will be able to split the week with working from the office and working from home. The salary will be between £25,000 - £30,000 and flexible working is about to be introduced to the business. The benefit package will also include 6% company pension contribution, health scheme, perk box and 28 days holiday. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

The successful candidate will fully proficient with all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite

Duties to include:

  • To ensure that all KPI’s, goals, measures and metrics are accurate and up to date
  • Conduct Project Office administration
  • Conduct Implementation and Migration administration
  • Manage, monitor & control diaries for Board and Business Management Team
  • Manage & co-ordinate virtual meetings – Teams, Zoom etc
  • Co-ordinate the collation of all key (non-financial) business performance data – KPI’s, goals etc
  • Attend key internal business meetings; Board, Business Management Team (BMT) and daily briefings maintaining all actions and meeting minutes
  • Manage, monitor and control general office administration; diary management, travel, training material collation, HR file management, DBA checks, office sundries and supplies, first aid compliance, fire extinguisher etc
  • Provide administrative support for the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Provide administrative support for the management of the QMS audit calendar
  • Provide administrative support for the completion and collation of internal QMS audits
  • Provide administrative support to ensure processes and procedures are updated
  • Conduct role in accordance with ISO and legislative standards and requirements

Person Specification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Office – working knowledge of MS Project preferable
  • Takes pride in their work and displays attention to detail, in self and in collating documentation generated by Board and BMT
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks and information from various stakeholder
  • Committed to delivering World Class Client Care
  • Willing to ‘get things done’
  • Ability to challenge colleagues and hold to account, as required
  • Excellent time management and delivery to scheduled deadlines
  • Ability to swap between multiple projects and tasks, at short notice and with tight timescales, whilst maintaining and delivering to expectations

  • Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner, displaying lateral thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, whilst prioritising tasks and activities
