Reporting into the Operations Director, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the company to ensure a smooth and efficient service for both customers and other members of the team.

What will I be doing?
- Supporting the office with administrative tasks
- Dealing with incoming calls and coordinating engineers
- Overseeing Health & Safety, ensuring that polices are adhered to
- Assisting with Diary management
- Looking into Workflow processing and ways to implement continuous improvement
- Sales Administration
- Other coordination-based duties
What skills and attributes are required?
- At least 2 years office based experience
- A spark, enthusiasm and keen to learn
- Open minded with a flexible can-do approach to your work
- Excellent organisation skills
- Outgoing with a positive attitude
- Personable nature and ability to gel with a variety of people
- Good level of attention to detail and IT skills
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- The ability to prioritise your workload
- Problem solving and a keen eye for opportunties of improvement
