Reed currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Office Coordinator to join a well-established company in Gerrards Cross. This is an exciting opportunity as there are endless possibilities for professional development.

The role is very varied and will involve working on a number of tasks and projects some new.
Other responsibilities include;
General support to the office, first point of contact for finance, suppliers, customers, liaising with accountants, dealing general queries etc
HR - recruitment, day to day HR issues, liaising with outsourced payroll company, updating and developing employee handbook, starter/leaver forms, benefits etc
H&S, including first aid, meeting H&S regulations, risk assessment
Facilities - including management of suppliers, renewals, maintenance, some IT liaison
The ideal candidate would be highly organised, adaptable, keen to take on responsibility, enjoy learning new things and taking on adhoc tasks.
Previous experience of coordinating projects would be beneficial.
