My client, an Irish manufacturing company based in Dublin 24 are seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. The role is a permanent position and the purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the sales office and show room on a day to day basis.
**The salary for this role is €34,000**
The ideal candidate will have three years + office support experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking a fast paced and varied role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders from customers when needed
- Managing the showroom and promoting sales from within the premises
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports for management.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of inhouse sales team
- Implementing and maintaining procedures
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Attending meetings with senior management, taking minutes when needed
- Organising company events or conferences.
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Dealing with business correspondence and queries
- Supervise and monitor the work of three administrative staff.
