My client, an Irish manufacturing company based in Dublin 24 are seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. The role is a permanent position and the purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the sales office and show room on a day to day basis.

**The salary for this role is €34,000**


The ideal candidate will have three years + office support experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking a fast paced and varied role.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing sales orders from customers when needed
  • Managing the showroom and promoting sales from within the premises
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports for management.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of inhouse sales team
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Attending meetings with senior management, taking minutes when needed
  • Organising company events or conferences.
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Dealing with business correspondence and queries
  • Supervise and monitor the work of three administrative staff.
