We are recruiting for an Office Coordinator based in Central Cambridge to be the go to person for all Office Administration tasks plus provide an effective PA support service to the Partners.

Reporting to the Senior Partners, you will have key responsibility for a variety of duties, acting as the first point of contact for all office-based coordination.

Key duties include:

- Co-ordination of administration duties
- Dealing with telephone/e-mail enquiries
- Organise travel and accommodation/ meetings
- Organise company events including a high profile Christmas event
- Update company website

We want to hear from you if you have:

- Previous experience in a similar role with proven success of coordinating Administrative duties and office processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Strong computer skills including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to motivate others
- Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff and clients at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
