We are currently recruiting Office Manager for our local Leicester based Company in the heart of the City Centre. This is a full-time permanent position working, Monday to Friday 9am -5pm 37.5 hours per week, there might be some flexibility required throughout the week with an early start or occasional late night. This will be managed with the work load and overall hours adjusted accordingly.

As our client is very forward thinking company who are ever adapting to their business needs, the successful individual will need to able to adjust and overcome constant changes during their working week. 

The main responsibilities for this position, will be organise and coordinate the whole office site which at present is up to 150 staff. This will be steadily increasing over the next 12 months.

Including the ordering of all food and stationery deliveries to site, organising the cleaners, liaising with onsite Receptionists and welcoming all visitors. Being able to organise and manage all last minute requests from the staff, this may include any office birthdays, gifts, food and accommodation for senior managers. 

Being able to set up new terminals for all new starters and manage their first day on joining the company. Be a quiet whiz behind the scenes making sure that everything is running smoothly in the office and more importantly being able to adjust and adapt to the speed of the company.

For the successful individual this is a fantastic opportunity to build on and really make the role your own, while working alongside other senior managers in the office. Working well under pressure, managing a very busy every changeable work load and being able to build good working relationships within the office team is an essential requirement.
