Our lovely Client based in North Bristol is currently recruiting for a Office Assistant to carry out these duties:
1. Electronic and hard copy filing.
2. Computer literate to enable data inputting.
3. Stationary ordering.
4. Answering main line telephone and distributing calls.
5. Supervision and assistance providing quotations for surveys.
6. Arranging surveyor’s diaries for inspections.
7. Arranging inspections.
8. Data input on 40 blocks of high rise flats on a daily basis from 7 surveyors.
9. Assisting with setting up Birmingham Office.
1. Computer literate.
3. Consumer faced skills including telephone manner.
4. Easy-going disposition.
5. Flexibility in terms of hours to be worked, rarely outside 9am – 5pm.
6. Ability to work within a team and for a number of people under pressure.
Hours are generally 9 -5 but there can be some flexibility
